Animal News 12!

Hello again, it's time for another edition of Animal News!

I haven't seen the impostor kitty in awhile... I wonder if it found another home to go to.

Also the peacocks are still here... I don't see as many of them as I used to or, hear them calling each other early in the morning like they used to. Yesterday I saw four but, I usually only see one or two during the evening. I think they moved to a different part of the neighborhood.

Another thing that's bothering me is... where are the squirrels? On Friday, I found some acorns lying next to the front door and I wanted to go feed them to the squirrels but, when I looked around our yard I couldn't find one of them. There are usually packs of squirrels running around up and down the trees of our yard but, these past few days I haven't seen even one. I know it's almost winter and they need to go into hibernation but,  first of all Houston doesn't even have a winter and secondly even if we did have a winter it's still a month away. So, where are the squirrels?

    That is puzzling, Joseph, with the squirrels! They are pretty hardy creatures so you think they would be around! Hope no one is trapping them!

Toy Cars And a New Computer!

Look at all of my toy cars! I was just organizing them before I put them into a different box, but I had to move them a little early to make some roof for my new computer! So back into the box they went! I've always wanted to arrange my toy cars like this since I was a kid, when I would see them arranged like this in toy car collector magazines and books, I thought it looked pretty cool. Anyway I had to get a new computer because my laptop's screen finally went out and it was becoming slow. It would sometimes take couple of minutes to load a webpage, so I knew I had to get a new computer. I got a Lenovo from Microcenter. It's refurbished, but it looks and works like new. Microcenter also gives you a keyboard and mouse, but it doesn't come with a monitor unless you want one, but it will cost you  a little extra. I've Found More Trails to Explore!

Uh-oh look at my bike, it's caked in mud! This picture was taken yesterday after I had ridden in the ant hills which is a dirt trail. Unfortunately for me it had rained on Wednesday and Thursday so, the trail was all muddy. I had to scrub hard to wash all the dirt off. There still is some dirt on the pedals and tires but, other than that it's pretty clean. I think I should have waited until the dirt dried up.
