Played L.A. Noire!

Yesterday I went to Gamestop and bought L.A. Noire. When I first started to play it the Xbox froze which was kind of scary but, I didn't get any red rings so, I decided to restart the Xbox and it worked fine. The reminds me of a 1940's film. In the begining you see all these cars and buildings that were in 1940's Los angeles and you are a cop trying to solve a murder. The game is very frustrating and I couldn't get past the first mission. Your supposed to get into this building where the gun is but, I can't find a way to get into the building. The game also has three discs so, it's going to take me awhile to beat it but, that's ok though because I like playing it. I just wish I could get past the first mission.

    do they have a book about it that helps you get through the missions? I know when son was playing games, sometimes he would get the game guide (or sometimes he would look on the internet and see if they had any sites with advice). It is frustrating if you can't get thrugh that mission but I bet as you continue to play it, you'll figure out where the gun is and then be able to move on. Wow, I can't imagine a game with 3 disks!

Toy Cars And a New Computer!

Look at all of my toy cars! I was just organizing them before I put them into a different box, but I had to move them a little early to make some roof for my new computer! So back into the box they went! I've always wanted to arrange my toy cars like this since I was a kid, when I would see them arranged like this in toy car collector magazines and books, I thought it looked pretty cool. Anyway I had to get a new computer because my laptop's screen finally went out and it was becoming slow. It would sometimes take couple of minutes to load a webpage, so I knew I had to get a new computer. I got a Lenovo from Microcenter. It's refurbished, but it looks and works like new. Microcenter also gives you a keyboard and mouse, but it doesn't come with a monitor unless you want one, but it will cost you  a little extra. I've Found More Trails to Explore!

Uh-oh look at my bike, it's caked in mud! This picture was taken yesterday after I had ridden in the ant hills which is a dirt trail. Unfortunately for me it had rained on Wednesday and Thursday so, the trail was all muddy. I had to scrub hard to wash all the dirt off. There still is some dirt on the pedals and tires but, other than that it's pretty clean. I think I should have waited until the dirt dried up.
