Black Fly!

I saw this fly in the kitchen last night as, I was was getting ready to drink my tea. I'm not sure what type of fly it is but, I know it's black and I read that black flies like to bite you but, that they only like to bite you when you are outside during the day. They don't like to bite you during the night. So, if you see one while you are outside during the day, try to avoid it.
