Home is my keepsake,
my place to lay my head,
my place to stay,
my place to eat, sleep, and
my place to rest.

  1. Good thoughts about home, Joseph! I was just thinking today when I was driving home and seeing someone else pulling into their driveway "what a nice feeling for them to be home."

I bet you feel the same way when you come back home from somewhere :) (I know I do)

  3. Joseph, there is no place like home. It is where we can truly be ourselves, as you point out here. Yours sounds very comforting, too.

  5. I could relate to your words so well here, Joseph! My humble little house is my most precious place too. I have lived in places that didn't feel very much like home, so I am especially grateful to share this house with Papa Bear and our furkids, I would be happy if I never had to leave it! Thank you for a great take on keepsake! :-)

    1. Ya I don't like being in places that don't feel like home. I feel at home when I get to my house. I've lived in it longer than I have lived in any other place. : )
