The birds seem happy! Wonder why?

Lots of dead fish littered the Galveston and Texas coast on Sunday August 12, not a great day to go the beach. You can read about it here, http://www.kens5.com/news/
Some early 1900's or, late 1800's house that I took a picture of in Galveston, TX, look at the birds in the trees, can't really tell what type of bird they are. I didn't see them when I took the picture.

Back to good old Houston!

      Thanks, our newest edition! It looks healthy too, doesn't have that much patchy fur like the other ones did. : )

    Great pictures! Good to see your post! I've missed a couple of Six Word Saturdays...summer has just been to busy!I especially enjoy the water, statues and the birds!

Look at all of my toy cars! I was just organizing them before I put them into a different box, but I had to move them a little early to make some roof for my new computer! So back into the box they went! I've always wanted to arrange my toy cars like this since I was a kid, when I would see them arranged like this in toy car collector magazines and books, I thought it looked pretty cool. Anyway I had to get a new computer because my laptop's screen finally went out and it was becoming slow. White Lies

She smiled through her white lies as she wandered from table to table. Being a waitress was not one of her funnest jobs and she didn't feel like explaining the menu to every single person. "IS THAT FOOD GREAT?" "IS THAT FOOD GREAT?" "IS THAT FOOD GREAT?" "WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND?" "They are all good!" she would say with a wearied smile.
