Don't know what this is? Looks like a mini snake or, a type of worm.

The birds seem happy! Wonder why?

Lots of dead fish littered the Galveston and Texas coast on Sunday August 12, not a great day to go the beach. You can read about it here, http://www.kens5.com/news/
Some early 1900's or, late 1800's house that I took a picture of in Galveston, TX, look at the birds in the trees, can't really tell what type of bird they are. I didn't see them when I took the picture.

Back to good old Houston!

      Thanks, our newest edition! It looks healthy too, doesn't have that much patchy fur like the other ones did. : )

    Great pictures! Good to see your post! I've missed a couple of Six Word Saturdays...summer has just been to busy!I especially enjoy the water, statues and the birds!

Toy Cars And a New Computer!

Look at all of my toy cars! I was just organizing them before I put them into a different box, but I had to move them a little early to make some roof for my new computer! So back into the box they went! I've always wanted to arrange my toy cars like this since I was a kid, when I would see them arranged like this in toy car collector magazines and books, I thought it looked pretty cool. Anyway I had to get a new computer because my laptop's screen finally went out and it was becoming slow. It would sometimes take couple of minutes to load a webpage, so I knew I had to get a new computer. I got a Lenovo from Microcenter. It's refurbished, but it looks and works like new. Microcenter also gives you a keyboard and mouse, but it doesn't come with a monitor unless you want one, but it will cost you  a little extra. I've Found More Trails to Explore!

Uh-oh look at my bike, it's caked in mud! This picture was taken yesterday after I had ridden in the ant hills which is a dirt trail. Unfortunately for me it had rained on Wednesday and Thursday so, the trail was all muddy. I had to scrub hard to wash all the dirt off. There still is some dirt on the pedals and tires but, other than that it's pretty clean. I think I should have waited until the dirt dried up.
