Don't Like Getting Shots Bed Ridden!

I'm trying to go to college but, to do so I have to by law get a meningitis shot and yesterday I was feeling a little feverish. So that's what i'll be doing this Saturday, resting..... I really don't like to get shots but, I had no choice. Anyway happy 6WS! Haven't done one in awhile...

    Hi Joseph ~~ I am glad that you will be attending college. The shot's effect shouldn't last very long. One thing to be thankful for is that you only needed to have one.

    I am wondering what college you will be attending? I taught business courses at San Jacinto College in Pasadena out on Spencer Highway for 22 years.

    Did you ever find a place to get poboy sandwiches? Popeyes have them, Chicken Strip Po' Boy, Popcorn Shrimp Po' Boy, and Fish Po' Boy. I don't know what kind of fish it would be. Proabably the kind they put on the plate dinner. It could be fish sticks but I would hope better than that. No oysters, sorry.

      That's true... Cool! I'm trying to get into HCC at Katy. I think it's brand new it's very nice!

      Yes, I found a place in Galveston but, I forgot the name of it. It's next to Girdo's. : )

    Shots don't bother me, but I don't care much for side-effects like fever or being sore. At least it was a good opportunity to rest up and maybe get a bit of extra TLC. Heading to college is an exciting time in life, I hope it turns out to be a great year for you!

This week;s Pondering With a Purpose talks about Listeners and Talkers. Me i'm more of a listener, It's not that I chose to it's just that I've never had much to say. Also I like to listen. I think you learn more that way. Even though you do learn I still wish I could have had something to say that way I would be able to have more conversations with people.I get irritated when I can't think of anything to say and we both just end of sitting quietly.
